I will be running on 225/50/15 hoosierā€™s Edit : Anybody know if there will be any cars in the 130-160hp range? I wanna see how my 100hp 1.3l fairs up against other slightly more powerfull cars. I know forsure i cant run with you turbo guysā€¦ dont worry i have experience and i will move my ass out the way! ---

Iā€™ve heard stories about your driving. šŸ˜‰ And Mike (240 420), in general, dunnville is a very forgiving track for cars with low power, if you have the skill and grip, you should be able to keep up with a lot of faster cars. You might lose to them in the straights, but you can eat them in the corners. šŸ™‚ And thatā€™s more fun anyways. šŸ˜‰ ---

Iā€™ll be driving an unmodified '01 Rolla with street tires. For people looking to see how they compare against a lower powered car I should be a suitable candidate. I had expected to be the lowest powered car on the track. When I took the SVTOA school in Dunnville I was definitely the lowest powered car in the class. I still managed to lap everyone (including a new Shelby GT 500) because of how much lighter I was than the Mustangs. Please donā€™t take my bragging as a sign that I think Iā€™m hot stuff. Itā€™s just an example that power isnā€™t whatā€™s important at Dunnville (it was a beginnerā€™s class after all). This will be my third time taking my car on to a track so Iā€™m still coming to terms with what I can do. Iā€™m really pumped up about this and canā€™t wait for Sunday to get here. ---

Big power wonā€™t make you really fast at Dunnville. If you can come out of a corner and start acclerating faster/earlier, you will be just as fast as the ā€œbig boysā€. Driver + tires + suspension = king of dunnville And guys, Iā€™d like to remind you that all spots are FULL. PLEASE do not invite any of your friends to come to Dunnville for the track day. They can come and spectate but in terms of spots, iā€™m full. I am very surprised at the amount of people that actually wanna come to Dunnville. I definitely never saw this coming. If everyone still wants to track their car, there **might** be a chance of another track day in October, either on the 7th or 14th. So let me know if youā€™re interested. ---

I think most of us will end up doing 70 - 90 minutes of actual driving or even more at Dunnville. Zagatto, i think some people might but yeah its up to the individual if they wanna bring something like a stop watch and get a friend to time you or something. The owner plans on installing a timing device next year though. šŸ™‚ ---
