Wouldn’t supplemental food stamps mean that they are not responsible for feeding you for an entire month?

it really does explain what has gone wrong in America:

so we buy lots of meat and noodles. we eat and the meat FIRST, then complain about only having noodles left until the next handout. at which point we learn nothing and repeat.

Do people from Wall St. get food stamps after they’ve been out of work for a while?

If so, they should trade them like stocks.
