it is, close to pretty much everything too, liqour store, gas stations, super market, taco shops, banks, a few shopping centers ---

haha we drink every so often no one smokes tho, not rly looking for that edit: the huge advantage to this is you have a place to move into from day one, no searching for the right place, or worrying about living with sketch ppl. and just to give you an idea, when i moved out i had about $6500, enough to cover a few months of living, buying shit for my room and buying a car. oo, and you get to enjoy some of the nicest weather in the country yr round 🆒 ---
