well, im finally moving out. im sure many of you already know what the place looks like, those who dont - its a decent sized 3 bedroom upper above a business. big parking lot. large porch. only apt in the building. 1 neighbor who is super cool and sleeps like a rock, we’ve been on the porch screaming, loud music, ect hundreds of times, and the cops have only been here once (this was when we had well over 75 people in the apt/porch/parking lot.) snow removal in the winter (you just have to shovel the stairs) all utilities included, even heat (so toasty in the winter) its a legit place, just old and kinda crappy. it has skylights, and a vaulted ceiling. it has sprouted some holes in the walls. crooked floors, og bachelor pad, you get the idea. the rent is $900/month split 3 ways everything included, plus cable split 3 ways (the bill is usually around $115 a month, broadband and digital cable in the living room.) sak pays more right now bc he has the back room full of car parts, this is something youre going to have to work out with him and the beast the room will be available june 1st, pm me if youre interested ---

no that name really never stuck. we tried to change it, since all of the original members moved out, but people couldnt ever stop calling it “the ritz” ---

yes newman is our landlord not really, he used to live here. the guy that owns it is phil, super nice tolerant old dude. one of the best things about this place is its above a business that is closed every fri, and sunday. it has a huge porch and a nice big parking lot for meets/skateboarding/breakdancing. im going to miss it a bit ---

Oh shit! I remember when your room WAS the backroom. Hahahaha. And now you’re leaving. Huh. So whoever rents this is getting your actual room? Or any room? Because if so… Jam’s room is the biggest room in the apartment. It’s kinda huge. Big closet. And personal access to the bathroom from the bedroom. Also personal access to porch from bedroom. (Has sliding glass door.) Might wanna mention that… Haha. ---
