# For those who study martial arts

I took Ishen Ryu at the place in transit town. Good place. it is a very straight forward agressive martial art. It was started in Japan. The head sensei ,Jim, his sensei use to train with Bruce Lee. Anywho yeah its a pretty cool place. Definatly worth checking out. They move at a semi slow pace so you really learn the stuff. It takes 3 months to advance a belt. so if you have time on your hands and the dedication, I’d say go there. Just my $.02
