# Ford 2.3 turbo motor

Does anyone know what a Ford 2.3 turbo complete motor is worth? I found the motor, over 100k on it, do not if it runs, comes with clutch and flywheel too.
I am going to put a turbo 2.3 in my car, this why i am asking.

if it runs, id say that would be a $700-$800 package. the SVO turbo motors are kinda hard to come by

Need to find a Thunderbird Turbo coupe. Rip the engine out of it, and right into your car… done.

If I remember right there was also a Mercury car that was like a Foxbody clone that came with an SVO motor too. Not sure what the name of it is exactly.

Your thinking Mercury Capri Im not sure if the 2.3 SVO motor was an option.

no, the Merkur was the equivilent to the SVO
the Capri was to the reg 5.0 mustang

only problem with a merkur is the wiring can be a nightmare and for reference in 83 and 84 the capri rs model was available with the 2.3 turbo a friend of mine has one
