# Ford 351 Head Gaskets DIY

A friend has a wakeboard boat with a Ford 351 engine. It has bad head gaskets and they need to be replaced.

Does anyone have a link to a DIY on removal of the heads or possibly some tips & pointers?

send the heads out to a machine shop to get checked, i don’t have a machinists strait edge anymore or i’d lend it to you to check the deck. buy a ford book at barnes and noble on the 351 V8, they’re really simple.
