# Ford Focus RS coming to the US?

All-wheel drive is also rumored to be part of the new RS formula.

IIRC car and driver said the driving dynamics of the vehicle seen in a video indicate that it’s AWD.

I’ll test drive it, but I’m already betting that I’ll love the drivetrain/handling/looks but hate the cabin. the current focus A-pillar is a blind spot in it’s entirety for someone 6’ tall such as myself. I cannot see whats going on that entire corner of the car when driving one, which immediately made me heavily prefer a fiesta.

I have a feeling it’d be a 40k + car competing with the STI. That’s a bit rich for what i’m looking to spend at the moment.
I’m certainly very excited about the thought of having it stateside, though.

Yeah, I have my seat dropped all the way down, and I still have issues. The D pillars suck too. I didn’t realize they were that much of an issue until after i was driving it for a while. Taking out the rear head rests helps a bit with rearward sight lines.
