they have given me the run around for 2 weeks now. i have called the department of labor and file a unpaid wages form but this is insane. i am not desperate for this but i want my last pay check.a friend of mine stated i can call the state police and they will go there and get my check. anyone know if this is true ---

it is illegal to hold on to someones last check, they have to send the check to you. ---

did u quit without notice? if so they have the right to hold it for 2 weeks. ---

Yah, I’m sure the police would be glad to go and ask them for your check. Give it a try and let us know how it goes. To speed it up why don’t you use 911 to make the call. Seriously, do you _really_ think the police settle disputes like this ??? ---

my last boss never paid me my last check after i quit eighter but since that was like 7mths ago i dont think theres anything i can do about it ---
