That is insane! I was there that same night for a friends bachelor party. We left the place around 10:30/11:00 …This must have happend just after we left. …Damn! Too bad for the family… You literally sign your life away before you’re allowed to get on one of those carts. RIP man. ---

According to news report, he died before he crashed due to a heart attack. Apparently he was drinking a lot of Red Bull energy drinks or some shit. Adrenalin rush + possible previous history of bad/heridetary health issues? :dunno: ---

that would do it. the taurine in redbull speeds up your heart rate that is why there is the warnings on it. its there for a reason and shouldnt be messed with. when people drink 5 and 6 of them their heart rates soar and can lead to heart faiulure (heart attack) ---

anyways as long as the gokart is still open im happy … and for the kid that died. i hope hes in heaven. but seriously … how can a person get a heart attack with driving a go kart… its fun . not bungee jumping… its first time i hear of this kinda news lol… unless its a old man in his 60s ---

there is a warning on the cans of rebull saying dont drink more than 2 in 24 hours. now i know not all of us follow that, but it also saves rebull from such lawsuits… its not redbulls fault. they warned, and some people just dont listen, even when its their health, and ultimately their life at risk. R.I.P. maybe this should be a warning?? and sasha, 2 every 2 hours?? your worse than i am!.. i keep it to MAX 3 a day ---

fuckaroo… i had 5 redbulls at DM1 in st. eustache… i guess it was not a good idea. but the redbull girls were giving them away for free… what is a boy to do? RIP to the dude that died though… i cant imagine what it would be like to have that happen in the family. i have 2 younger brothers ages 19-21. ---

I’m sorry, but where is it stated that he had redbull in his system? A heart condition in a 17 year old (although rare) is verry possible. As was mentioned before, a hereditary illness is highly likely. Coupled with an addrenaline rush, and most likely drugs, as most kids that age like to experiment, this is a very plausible scenario. The fact that he was still breathing after the crash could mean that he had a serious stroke. The autopsy will tell all. RIP
