Not everyone who speeds gets a ticket, the ones that do it excessively get them, and if they keep speeding they keep getting tickets, and then they come on here and complain about them getting pulled over all the time.

It’s just how things work.

In the end, the judgment call on a ban is up to the moderators and the act get discussed accordingly.
