so yeah my friend jay is moving out and leaving his apartment… so i need a roomate to help occupy it… here is how it breaks down rent is 500 2 people split = 250 a piece utilites all together = about 120 so of there is 2 people the rent per person would be 370 a month if you get a 3rd person obviously shit will be cheaper! so if your looking for a place let me know… APT is located in KENMORE BYRON & ENGLEWOOD! 2 bedrooms 1 bath full kitchen living room ---

there is kind of a driveway thing… but street parking is better pics will be later cause my friend is still moving out… so let me take the pics when the rooms are a little more clear… its fairly decent size tho… its upper… there is definetly street parking and its right across for the napa that Skrappar works at… so if you need the hook up. you literally can walk across the street to get it. ---

yeah pics will come soon… anyone have high speed so i can upload some pics? that would help… if anyone wants to come by and check it out let me know. some specs of the place are this 1st bedroom is 10x11 2nd is 10x12 give or take. its fairly decent sized…no security is required… since you would just be taking it over with me. pets are allowed i suppose… dogs preffered since i have a little female dacsund. place has a built in bar room / entry room which is 9 1/2 by 14 1/2 feet the living room is 11 by 11 1/2 there is a closet in both rooms 1 in the living room and 1 in the hallway there is only 1 bathroom though. it is 6 by 6 1/2 feet so it must be kept neat obviously. full basement and full attic which is half the length of the house like i said if anyone is curious feel free to stop by and check it out… its 1st door on the left then upstairs. there is apparently a garage to store your car in… but im not sure about the details of that yet.
