The upper unit in my duplex has become available. It is ready to move in on Feb 15th, actually maybe a little earlier. More information in the craigslist link above. My girlfriend and I live in the lower, the upper is absolutely spotless. Since I live here, I am very picky about who lives in the upper. Loud and crazy immature people need not inquire at all. Looking for the quiet, responsible type or preferably someone that I already know…

how could it have been rented several months ago if the original post is from january 10th of 09?
