I have a 3 bedroom upper for rent about 1500sq ft. It is located in North Buffalo 1 off street parking spot in driveway fresh paint in 3 bedrooms and kitchen fresh carpet in bedrooms hardwood floors large open front porch plenty of storage space in basement/attic I own/live downstairs so I am looking for quiet responsible tenants. (IE Not a party house, no excessive noise after 11PM) References required (If you don’t live at home now) Rent is $675/mo plus util and security deposit for an additional $50/mo I can include dish network top 250 TV package (No HD) and access to my wireless internet. Available Now Forgot to add: No pets, No smoking ---

This is a great area - for anyone not familiar. I have lived in N.Buffalo for over 3 years and love it. I am not looking, but it might help rent it if you post photos. Also - As someone who has looked at over 90 apts in the last year or two, here are a few questions that I would of had, if I was in the market… How updated are the appliances? Dishwasher? New or original windows? Any blown-in insulation? What are the balanced bills for the gas and electric? Does rent include water/sewer/user fee? Porches? On site laundry or hookups? -Tom ---

what are the gas bills like? water is obv covered by the landlord…and electricity is usually 40-50 a month… ---
