Will have a 1 bdrm apt coming up for rent in the next few weeks and it will be ready for rent Dec. 1. Includes Heat,electric,water,garbage,plenty of off-street parking and there seems to be live basic cable there.Rent will be $475 FOR nysp’s OR $495 for others. Addy is 48 Main st 14150 Derek ---

The way I rent apts is like this-I’d much rather make less and have decent people in there who won’t trash it and appreciate getting a decent deal.I also don’t expect ppl to abuse the utility situation deal as well. The one guy has been in there for 12 yrs!!! 12mosX12yrs is 144X $475=$68,000!!!Pays on the first,I never have to touch his apt as if you take care of things they will last a long time.Just put a new steal door on his place last week,the old one had to be 40yrs old lol. ---

LOL at the bit trashy too.I just spent $4,000 on 11 windows for the place last week to be installed at the end of the month.Complete with all new aluminum trim around the windows.Just put 2 new steel six panels doors on as the other ones “looked old”. when I bought the place I told the one tenant I would get him a new door as his was kind of beat.He kind of blew it off as the lady i bought the place from put thebare minimum in.When I showed up with that nice, new door it kind one maybe him speechless.like wow. This apt will have all new paint,CARPET!!!tub surround and anything else it needs to be a place I call my own. If you’re a decent person,clean,and don’t party too much,you will have a nice place to live and “”“I will never raise your rent as long as you stay there”"" ---
