He hit that tree with the car he just bought and decided to take some time off of work (lazy) he seemed fine to me. ---

I think the tree must’ve been a sapling as the only damage looked to be where the cv snapped and wrecked the fender.other then that the car looked fine.He actually left the place pretty empty but that won’t stop a lawsuit for past rent.Figured it’d be full. Also all the other tenants wanted to know how he got a DTV Van when he only worked a day a week.The van never moved.At least he’s gone and once again I tried to help out a friend and got burned.Mr lawyer will take care of that once I go see him as the lease he signed stated if I have to get a lawyer to collect any damage/monies owed,he has to pay a reasonable legal fee. ---

Hopefully by the end of the year I’ll be over 70 units.Yes you read that right. Nov 1998 I had a 2 unit and was a night manager at a Uni-mart.lol,and no I didn’t rob it! ---

lol naH it’s rented to a kid(mid 20’s) at buff st.He gave me the money and still hasn’t moved in yet.place turned out beautiful.Wound up putting Pergo floors in throughout and gutted the bathroom so it was done right. ---
