# FR: For rent, Apartment

One of my apartments just became available. Located on Military rd, Just down the street from rainbow. It is a split house with upper/lower. This is for the lower apartment. Big front porch, Nice backyard. Shared grass cutting and shoveling. This is really a nice place, and there is a lot of room. If anyone is interested please PM me for contact info.

-2+ bedrooms  
-wall to wall carpeting (installed last year)  
-Off street parking room for 4 cars  
-Full kitchen  
-Living room  
-Dining room  
-Full basement with washer/dryer hookup  
-Attic storage space  
-Everything is freshly painted, and cleaned.

Kenmore/Town of Tonawnada, I think the ZIP is 14217.

Only water is included. If I can get some pics if needed. I just need to go down there and take some.
