Would anyone be interested in renting a room in my house on Grand Island ? It will require a bit of construction on my part so I want to see if anyone might have interest. I have a finished basement approx: 25 x 12. There is a closet and a bathroom next to the room as well. I will need to install a standup shower if I decide to rent. I will also install a door to the area with a lock. Includes all utilities Powerlink wireless as well as a hookup. Basic cable Washer and dryer (Buy your own supplies) Full use of the kitchen with dishwasher You will have 1 space in the garage and room to work on your car. Garage is fully insulated but currently no heater. I have 2 cats that will be in the house. They don’t make too much trouble. As for the GI bridge, it is .09 with ezpass for GI residents. If I decide to do this I’ll need to build the shower and put the door in prior. I would be looking to get 450 with the garage space and room to work. $400 without. Am I crazy or would there be interest in something like this ? ---
