the sad part is a want to shaler and it never once flooded when i lived there…the last five or so years it frequent there has to be something going on there

i lived in sharpsburg for 7 years i can only remember it flooding once. I lived in Millvale for a few years and it never flooded while I was there and girtys run was my back yard…:dunno: I think your right…
