# Friend arrested at Circuit City

You do realize the “bargaining chip” used by the city had to do only with him agreeing not to sue the city on civil rights violations stemming from him being arrested for not producing a drivers license. He is still free to attempt recovery of some sort from Circuit City for their actions, which I don’t think he addressed in his recent update. (which if CC has even mediocre representation he will most likely lose IMO)
