Hey, I’m trying to install my new Bomex front bumper…so I’m trying to take off the old one…got the front fender covers off, and all the bolts off except for 2 bolts…one on the left and right side…cant reach from underneath cuz its way up near the headlight assembly and cant reach from the headlights…so wondering…how do u remove the headlight assembly or how to remove the front bumper if anyone has done it without removin headlights??plz help ---

ive done it before like 5 times but for some odd reason i cant remember how we did it…PM F.D.S\_Dorikin maybe he remembers cause we did it to his 240’s. ---

it takes a while, but you need a couple long extensions. i hated those bolts on my old 240. hence why i never put those ones back in. lol ---

All of those bolts that are running vertical that you are trying to reach from the bottom… can be reached with a long extension from the wheel wells. So you’ll be reaching forward past the plastic liner. There are a bunch underneath, up top, sides, and a couple of braces. ---

Yeah I’ve gotten all the bolts…removed the front fender covers thingies, removed all the bolts off the bottom…just cant reach the last one that is near the headlight and inside the front fender…I’m guessing SRBURG is right…I gotta remove the plastic lining in the wheel well and with extensions I think I should get at it…so hope it works… But damnnnnn all my nuts when I removed them…were rusted and busted off when I tried taking them off lol…and one 10mm nut is stuck in my 10mm thingie lol cant get the damn thing out…damn rust…
