# FS: 01 Jetta VR6

I’m selling my 01 Jetta VR6. I want a BMW, I miss RWD. There’s 9k left on the loan so I’ll just tell you now that that’s what I’ll sell for. No lowballing, that’s just what it has to go for. I’ll figure out the best way to deal with the lein on the title so that there’s no worries when we get down to the exchange.
Cell - 716-400-4568
Everything works perfect. 5 speed VR6, heated leather seats, monsoon audio with Kenwood deck (and OEM tape deck,) heated side view mirrors, power windows, power sunroof, tilt/telescoping steering wheel, the works. It’s a really nice car but I want to try out an E36 BMW even though I’ll have to look at mid-1990’s for the same price as this. I get the itch to try something new pretty easily, I’m sure you guys can relate.
85k, I bought it at 57k and have been running synthetic ever since.
New Sach’s clutch at 79k.
New intake shift rod bushings.
Newer brakes.
Summer tires have ~15k left on them.
Comes with studded winterforce M+S that only have 5k on them.
Mechanically flawless. No timing chain noise or coilpack issues or anything like that. Should be easily set for another 75-100k miles.
Mechanically 10/10
Cosmetically 7/10. A couple typical DD door dings.
Interior 9/10. No rips in the leather or anything like that.
I’ve got a homemade CAI with a K&N cone on it right now but I’ll be converting it back unless you don’t want me to. Also have energy suspension urethane dogbone mount bushings that I’ll swap out but you can have em if you want em. Same goes for the clear corners. And now the pics…

I dunno, I’ve always had 4 doors so I’m not sure how I’ll like living with 2. I like the looks of the 2 doors soooo much more. I may wind up with a 328i instead of iS, depends on what’s available when I’m ready to buy.

Fuuuuuuuuuuck.
I figured I’d run into some trouble finding financing for an older car, but it looks like it’s going to be prohibitive. Right now I’ve got \>5 years left on a $9,000 principle at 6.2%. The best I can find is 9.59% on a 60 month loan, but it has to be a '99 or newer with 60k miles or less. Which means to finance a 328 that’s '99 or newer with \<60k I’ll be paying a lot higher payment on a much larger principle and a shitload of interest.
No dice.
