# FS : 1989 JDM RHD Nissan Silvia Turbo

**There shall be no sales of vehicles imported into Canada, unless they have been registered, insured, and driven for at least 3 months, in Alberta, unless by a paid sponsor. With this requirement met, then they shall be applicable for sale. This rule has been implimented due to too many complications in the classifieds section.**

its been here since the first week of july. call fraser wharves and ask them. u want a photo copy of my insurance?
how come ive never seen scoot(typhoonslippery) get hustled like me about this issue. or is it freinds get special prevleges.

Actually he’s a paid sponsor who elected not to have his own section of the forum, dude.
As far as the rules, no one gets favortism, not even the club directors.

back in april when i talked to arron about this he said that scoot had something worked out that was coming to a end but he still posted w/e he wanted when ever he wanted with no problems or questions asked.
nowhere have i read where he was introduced as a sponsor, shows he is a sponsor. fuck sakes dosnt even say sponsor under his name. which bring me to my next point.
so this rule means nothings…
· Sponsors must only post advertising messages within their own forum, or briefly in a reply to a post that is looking for goods or services that the sponsor has.

Well, I didn’t want to get all technical about it, but he paid us for the right to advertise on our forums. Personal favors done by people in power for the club are no longer permitted - ever since we became a society we are bound by our own rules.

hey arabian\_ryda before you type you should read…if you actually took the time to look under scotts name is says JDM MERCHANT, incase you dont know the defination of merchant here it is…a businessperson engaged in retail trade so how about you shut your mouth. also if you car was insured the first week of july and this is now the first week of sept wouldnt that be driven for only 2 months?

first of thanks for admitting that the necc did/and still have friends that get special privileges.
by all means please get ALL TECHNICAL. i not stating whether he paid or not but the way things are being done he gets to do what he wants when he wants rules or no rules.
so he payed you guys to be a regular member? because he requested he didnt want his own forum yet it states in the rules that sponors have to post in there own forum if they are selling something/advertising. accually that then makes it that he can not post anything for sale anywhere!! that some TECHNICAL shit for you to think over. bounded by your own rules when u dont even follow them looks real prefessional on the necc part.

Wow, you aren’t doing so well in the Math area of things, eh? Which still brings it back to the 3 month thing.
And like PyreXXX stated, TyPhOOn is a merchant with the NECC’s forum.
