I emailed Vermont DMV about the title issue and here is their response: “The new owner can contact the DMV office for a letter stating the vehicle was registered in VT and that we do not issue a title. 1-802-828-2066.” ---

Just spoke with the previous owner. The car also has a brand new windshield that was installed 3 weeks ago (original was cracked…not from an accident). The car also has a “high flow” fuel pump. 190 or 255…don’t know. It does whine fairly loud. Not too bad though. ---

Its probably a 255. I dont think the 190’s are that loud ---

Hey guys, I got to crawl underneath and take a better look (the dealer is still waiting on parts for the T-Case though). It’s definitely got some bad rust on the floorboards. Right through on a few spots. Without a lift it’s tough to tell how extensive it is. Plus it’s undercoated. It’s nothing that couldn’t be fixed. But it would have a tough time passing inspection like that as it sits. If anyone is still interested PM with offers. I will drive it down to Albany for the buyer. ---

You can register that vehicle here just fine w/o a title. Form MV-51b, Proof of Ownership of non-tilted vehicle, boat, atv. Take that + DT802 + ins card to DMW and pay your fees.
