Alright, i just bought a 240! so im selling my Talon. info: - 5spd. - Power evertything, everything works! - new 6 bolt Engine (6000km) since complete rebuilt from bottom up - 2dr. - white - Rust free - this car has NEVER EVER seen winter! Clean, clean , clean! - Interior is immaculate! By the end of fall of 2006, i have spent just over $17,000 on this car!!! Im taking a huge bite on this one. Got receipts and a couple guys on the site can back the work up too. This car is really fast! Engine is built/tuned to run up to 20psi, but i have set it to 10psi. Anything over 15psi is just a lot of wheel spin! Ive only seen 15 -20psi a couple times. Ive been driving the car since the complete rebuild with 10psi. I dont abuse or drive my car hard. Im a mature driver, i dont race it. Proper cool down given all the time. Car is currently stored in my underground parking. I need this to go for money for SR swap and because i dont want to pay to park 3 cars… Specs: - Mitsubishi Evo turbo, the infamous Big 16G turbo with 34mm wastegate. - Injen cone filter with 2G maff - AFC1 with stock computer - 255 wallborough fuel pump - 550 injectors - Aeromotive fuel presure regulator - Greddy type S BOV (loud) - 17" Hyper gun metal with crome lip, 3 month old tires 5 ply - 225/17/45. - 3’’ turbo back exhaust system - 2G exhaust manifold, - 1998 supra side mount intercooler -(good for 400 horse) with 2.5" IC piping - 2 way Viper car alarm, 791model. (blue) - KYB-RB2 shocks - Apex springs (lowered 2.1") - Full boost gauge, air/fuel gauge with A pilller. - Brand new engine (6bolt redtop) . 6000km only since engine was rebuilt complete from bottom to top and since it was swapped in. - Manual transmition. - New ACT clutch - only a month old before i parked in november for winter, but still needs to be broken in - No rust , clean compleatly. never seen winter. what exactly was the 17g’s spent on? even if you include the cost of the car there is noway that setup cost you near what you claim. Saw this car posted on another forum, which info is right? Spending 17 G’s was also having hustler’s has freinds that took me has a joke, overcharged me on stuff… like i said i am brand new at this … the engine swap and rebuild was about 3 grand ---- running. ---

Nice talon man, can tell its in good shape all around just from the lack of rust on the front fenders. and for those of you who can’t belive theres $17,000 into it you’d be surprized how fast things add up when you own a talon. I fully believe he’s spent 17g’s on it. ---

17K total parts?? HELL No 17K including Cost of car, BRAND NEW PARTS, SHOP WORK DONE BY SOMEONE ELSE, I could believe it. He know’s he’s not going to get 17K back, but if you don’t know what you are doing and have to pay people, whomever they might be, it will be expenisive WHat MAF are you running?? UICP looks like it’s missing something Clean looking 1G, DSM’S are sexy. I’ve had 3 and still own one. ---

I’ve had 3 and still own one. you’d think after owning 3 talons and owning a 99 you’d know what a 2g maf looks like. and the bov is vented, thats what looks different on the uicp good luck on the sale, beautiful car 6 bolt 4 bolt w/ the big brakes is the perfect talon imo. ---

^^^ thanks bud, I wasnt’ sure. It looks all hacked up and twisted. The UICP seeme like they were once intended for a GM MAF, that’s what I meant. If you want to put the stock 1g MAF on, PM me, I have a few in the garage ---

THANKS, but no thanks. The car performence better with the 2G. If you knew and claim to have many talons, you should also know that the key set up for a 1G is a 2 G maff with Afc. Ppl putting down some big numbers with this setup. please stop posting useless info,only interested on ppl buying my car. This is a car for sale post. Thanks. ---

If your interested come feel the power yourself. I am open to offers. I am loosing so much in this car. School has the better of me this time. ``` P.S that was the old 7 bolt engine, the new 6 bolt engine i have in there is much stronger then the old one. I was nearing 270 000km, and racing on it.
