does this car have any issues passing inspection? ill offer 2700? hope thats not to lowballed for u. edit: do u have a clean title in hand? ---

Did you not read the description? It has passed and already has a valid NYS inspection & it is good thru 6/07. I cannot accept 2700. hey thanks for being a prick… i asked if it had PROBLEMS passing inspection… not if it merely passed… you can have someone who helps ur car pass ---
