# FS: 1999 Volvo S80 T6

Real clean Volvo. Only a couple minor dings you would expect of a car of this year, but the color of the paint conceals them nicely. During the 2 years I have owned it I have taken very good care.
Mechanically there are no known problems. I just had the car into Culligan Volvo for a software upgrade and they also did a full diagnostic.
When I purchased it I had the dealer replace both half shafts and brakes all around. After that I replaced the right front wheel bearing, all four tires, all six spark plugs, and the software has been upgraded by the dealer to the most recent version. Also recently replaced the fuel filter. This used to be my daily driver and has served me well.
The car makes some good power with the dual turbo set-up. There is virtually no lag, lots of torque, and being an inline-six, it’s very smooth. The front-wheel-drive with traction control and winter mode handles great in the snow. This car also has the Volvo Geartronic. It’s a four-speed automatic transmission that can be manually operated kind of like the Porsche Tiptronic.
This car just broke the 100,000-mile mark. I’m no longer driving it, but it will be plated and registered until the end of May. After that any test drive will have to stay on my side streets.
