Carfax looks alright, came from ohio in july 2005. 3 owners. no accidents or anything,… ---

Sorry, sorry, sorry, I’ve been busy as hell this weekend. Okay, here is the scoop: 74952 miles on the odometer right now. I had one OEM strut go bad at about 60K, so I changed out all 4 (for the same price the dealership quoted me to replace the bad one.) On this topic, I had the dealership do their recommended 30K, 45K, and 60K maintenance at Northtown Subaru in Amherst, NY. I am not sure if this includes a timing belt. Other than that, I did all the oil changes and other routine stuff. I put the intake on pretty much when I bought it at 30K. I had planned on doing some drivetrain upgrades; speaking of which, I can throw in a catless uppipe that I never got around to installing. I love the car, its just gotten to point where my driving 60+ miles a day is no good for a grad student’s pocketbook. (Please don’t make fun of me about the grad student thing, everyone makes mistakes in life.) I will post pics shortly or check out ebay. I plan on posting a few closer shots too, there is a little ding in the driver-side back door that needs a closeup. Once again, sorry for the lack of prompt info. ---

re: notarizing title transfer Are you sure it doesn’t have to be notarized? I distinctly recall having all relevant documents in hand, standing in line at the DMV for several hours, and being turned away because the (Ohio) title wasn’t notarized. Maybe its just out-of-state titles. ---

when bringing a car into the state or selling out of state it has to be… but in state sale wouldnt require it ---
