re: notarizing title transfer

Are you sure it doesn’t have to be notarized? I distinctly recall having all relevant documents in hand, standing in line at the DMV for several hours, and being turned away because the (Ohio) title wasn’t notarized.

Maybe its just out-of-state titles.
