# FS: 2003 Buell Firebolt XB9R

I think I am forced to sell my bike due to basic transportation needs.
I have a 2003 Buell Firebolt with 10,600-700 miles somewhere in there. It is a clean, fun bike. I have replaced front pads, front and rear wheel bearings, the tires are michelin pilots with about 2000 miles on them, never wheelied because im the biggest pussy ever. The bike has never been dropped. The front forks were rebuilt at Traxxion Dynamics by my friend who helped start the business, he is also a mechanic on the Buell AMA race team. They have been revalved etc.
I have a complete micron exhuast, dobeck plug and play power commander and filter for this bike. I haven’t put it on yet but the owner can take it all with them. This particular combination is dyno proven to give the bike around 20 whp. I also have frame protectors (sliders) for the new owner as well.
This bike is something different. You will get many compliments and questions asking what it is. It is like nothing on the road. Sounds like a Harley handles like a sport bike. You can lean the shit out of this bike. This bike has loads of torque.
I would like 5,000 with all of the accessories. The bike is in awesome shape and for reference had you bought the accesories they would have cost around 1300. PM me people, if you know me and have my number call me.
Need to buy a car fast and to be honest do not want to trade for anything.

This bike is packed full of unique innovative features setting it apart from other sport bikes. Perimeter rotor on the front, fuel is stored in the frame and oil is stored in the rear swing arm. All aids in lowering the center of gravity. Exhaust is on the bottom same reasons, and it cleans the bike up soo much.

oooo shit nice bike man… buddy of mine has the xb12… these things arent built for top speed but holy FUCK they have torque… i rode an r6 when i test drove his and it was fucking rediculous compared to the r6… I assume the 9 gives the same kind of experience

The 9 feels just as good as the 12 IMO. My buddy has the 12 and I ride that occasionally and the 9 moves jsut as good. Slightly different power curve but that is to be expected on a larger displacement.
BDR5oh - I forgot I also have the rear sets I just removed them because I didn’t want anyone riding with me. However they can go back on.
