> Wasn’t Saab GM-owned in 2006? I know they bought the Pilot motor for the Vue Redline and the Vibe comes with Celica engines but damn. An entire CAR from Subaru with different badges?

GM owned SAAB and 20% of Fuji HI (Subaru) when this car was announced. They sold their share to Toyota in late 2005. A lot of the car is the same, but they are definitely a bit nicer than the Subaru IMO.
