Sorry for turning this political, but these are real world examples people need to think about when they are thinking about voting, not that any will probably vote in tomorrow’s primary anyway. ---

are you really buying a huge ram pickup? do you know how sick of it you’ll be of driving after maybe 2-3 months? from what i remember you’ve had some nicer cars, don’t get me wrong the truck is nice too, but it’s not a car… ---

I take it you’re not buying a 25k vehicle then? Because I already showed you how dumb it is to sell an expensive car privately and buy another expensive car because of the tax issue. ---

Well if he sells it for 20K he has to pay taxes on that portion when he buys a new car. So the dealer must be offering you lower than 18K for the car or it would be dumb to sell it your self figuring 1,750 in taxes. ---
