That is a serious tub. I bought one 2 years ago that was intermittent. Mine turned out to be the control board. Cheap fix. GLWS. ---

I just got back in town, what is the deal with this thing? $4500 for a $21,000 tub that he paid $8500 for? WTF? What am I missing here? Why was it $8500 NEW if the msrp is $21,000? Is it a Chevy? Did he get his money back? This sounds too good to be true and you know what they say about that but, I am curious. ---

MSRP for everything is usually higher then the actual selling price and I don’t know how his purchase price was worked out. At this point, he has paid for 2 hot tubs…the 2nd one he paid $13K for and has absolutely no room for the “old” one on his property which is the urgency to get rid of it since the new one has already been delivered and is in place and working. He recouped partial reimbursment since it wasn’t going to be worth the manufacturer to be re-shipping the unit back and forth to their facility for electrical analysis. But he didn’t get $4k back, that’s for sure. ---
