This is a great house, good location. This house was bought back in 03 with a plan to live in it for five years. Our new home will begin construction in August/ September. We do not need to sell this house to afford our new house, but if someone would like to take advantage of the market and buy it now we would rent out another place. It is a 195?, 3bdr, 1bath, 1100 sqft, cape, 50’x 75’ lot(not sure), 1.5 car garage, concrete drive way, basement portioned off. if you are in the maryvale or cleve hill districts it will be pretty much 3k on the nose. then you will get between 400 and 800 back with star. ---
