if i were you, i would be jumping for joy if i got an offer over 600 for a used tv with no warranty.  
you would be better off keeping it, and thinking you got 1000 worth of product out of your friend.

and for the tard saying “oh, thats for a refurbished set”  
thats because this unit was discontinued 2-3 years ago… no shit you cant get the price on a new one
