Car comes uncert. and no e-test… price for that is bumped down $450 OBO… All the car needs to be safety and e-test passable is a new turn signal housing and tires (car currently has same tired for the past 3 years)… Needs at least 2 new tires (Fronts) for winter… Price with cert. and e-test would be around $850 OBO… tires and turn signal installed… For more information about cert.ing and e-testing this car call the home number - (905)841-3336 during evenings (5:00 til 11:00pm)
