Not MS2, it isnt compatible with the neon yet. MS 1 w/ full fuel/spark is a much better idea. Besides, you dont need injector skewing to take advantage of lots of power anyways.

And… its a 96, so its harder to MS, but, you could still do a N/A build with this, and keep the stock ecu.
