Honestly I would just bolt a new fender on, you can get them off eBay for like $100

It is solid as a rock underneath, no holes

Like I said its a design flaw from Ford where theres a lip on the inner fender that holds moisture and salt and shit right up against the metal

In the winter it basically fills up and freezes into an ice/salt mix and just sits there for months, its hard to wash out also…
