I looked at it and drove it. the car needs much work (near $1000) and is very sluggish. possible turbo issues. also the car appears to have been wrecked, the owner said he didn’t know of an accident and it has a clean tittle. hes a nice guy and willing to work with you. but be advised it may take some serious loot to get it to pass NYSI. if you got that locked than this is a nice looking Passat. It’s not the car for me, I’m looking for something newer.
