POSTING FOR A FRIEND: Hey guys, I bought this about 8 months ago, and have since decided to go with a laptop instead. I know I’m going to take a hit here, but I’d rather put my money into other things. I really don’t have a use for this computer’s power. Apple Powermac G5 Quad (4) 2.5ghz PowerPC G5 processors 2gb DDR2 RAM (2) 250GB SATA-2 hard drives Geforce 6600gt graphics card Bluetooth/wifi option Mac OS X Tiger (10.4) All original packing/documentation It basically sits in my bedroom or dorm room…this computer is in perfect condition. It’s still under warranty as well. Um… 2 Small problems… with this product/ offer That is not a Quad processor… it has 2 Dual Core Chips, Apple does not make a 4 processor computer. Now… not to be a dick but… price = TOOO HIGH I can buy Brand new out of the box… Apple Dual core 2 processor 2.66ghz dual core Intel Xenon G5 (Runs windows and OSX) 2gb ram Nvidia 7300 grafix 1 500GB SATA HD (3 other HD Bays) Bluetooth + Wifi for… $3079 you are selling a 1 year old Non Intel Slower, G5 for $79 less Granted there’s no tax (about $250) it’s still not a great deal. ---

If your looking for a “great deal” go to Walmart where theres “always low prices… always”. I dont understand why in almost every FS thread, people feel the need to price bash. Ok well I dont know if you saw but the first line of my FS add is: POSTING FOR A FRIEND I never said that He was giving this away. If your looking for a “great deal” go to Walmart where theres “always low prices… always”. My friend added as well “this is a great machine for film or sound students/workers. There’s people who believe the G5 is still better in this sort of discipline. And don’t forget, I said ‘or best offer!’” I dont understand why in almost every FS thread, people feel the need to price bash. If your not interested, then dont post. He is asking for $3000OBO. ---

Ok fine… Everything else… EDITED… but folks… remember… this is DUAL processor, not QUAD… it’s got 2 dual core processors. ---
