I also have 4-bolts **_Altima front rotors_** that can be used with Q45 or J30 calipers if you stay with 4-lugs setup. You might use extra shims on these calipers if you want perfect fit although these rotors also work without them.

Infiniti J30 and Q45 front brakes are almost the same, both have dual piston sliding calipers and use the same 280x28mm rotors. J30 have slighty smaller and aprox. 1.5lb lighter calipers than Q45 (I weighted them with brackets and sliders) this in my opinion make them a better choice for 240.
Most people don’t realize that because of sliding caliper design there is more room for deeper dish rims in the front than when using z32 fixed calipers.
