You are providing a lot of mixed information which is making your credibility fall through the floor.  
You might want to consider providing the following info in order to back up your sales:

The type of warranty, provider and duration.  
Product serial number (on request).  
OS avaiability  
Manuals, drivers and any additional items that might be avaiable.  
Pictures of the actual unit if not a retail box.

And if this is not a one time thing (which look slike it won’t be), can you provide receipts?

how can i get a serial # if the box is sealed and i never opened it??
