I have a generator for sale it was on for 5 hours, bought new from home depot yesterday. Its a 5500 watt. I’d like to get $900 for it ---

dont buy this from him. call your local home depot, they are getting madd truck loads of these in. they will take your number and call you back to let you know when the truck is there and getting unloaded. and if you buy it with your home depot card you get 12 month intrest free ---

I have EB11000 Honda 10,500 watts of 120/240V power. a Honda V-Twin engine with electric start. got it used for $950. ---

people do this all the time. Granted they may have a bunch sitting at home depot right now. You know this…therefore you don’t have to worry about spending $200 over cost (if that’s the case). A transaction involves 2 people. Sweet deals will ensue when either one of them aint so smart. ---

theres a hardware store on NF blvd that wants 1300 for a 5000 watt one like HD has for 699 ---

i got prolly the same one… total $ 560 including tax brand new from depot… that being said, 900 is NOT a good price. i must say, some people are complete dicks. sell it in the paper thief. ---

in case anyone is still looking, sears (galleria) has the 5600W craftsman for $740. they said another 400 should be coming in today, they may all be spoken for though. ---

if i had waited for hours to get a generator, i would not have a problem selling for more than i paid. i would not try and gouge, but people pay for convenience, and they pay dearly. how much is one persons time and agrivation worth. in times like this, it’s not worth as much, but it still aint free. it’s pretty low if you try to gouge people when they need it, but it takes 2. you dont force someone to piss their money away. and you dont lend shit like that to people you barely know. he’s also hoping the power stays on and will be screwed “the next time” [Next page](https://forums.speedlife.net/t/fs-briggs-and-stratton-generator/18877.md?page=2)
