# FS: Considering selling my PC... want a laptop

well, if anyone is intrested in buying a decent desktop… or possibly trading for a laptop. I \<3 this machine, but I think a laptop would work out better for me in the long run.
viewsonic 22" widescreen (16:10) display (just paid 300.00 for it only like 2 months ago edit: looks like I actually sent a bit more than that on it)
AMD athlon 64 3000+ 2ghz
1.5gb ram
nVidia 7800GS (best AGP card you can buy) with 256 memory
Logitec wireless keyboard and mouse
alomost brand new Altec Lansing 5.1 surround sound unit with remote
Creative Labs Soundblaster Live 5.1 usb
Gigabyte K8N pro mother board
Hauppauge PCI TV tuner
Panasonic (I think) DVD reader
Cyberhome DL DVD+/- RW burner
500GB SATA HDD
250GB IDE HDD
Also has a brand new (well, a few months old) coolmaster case (black and silver) and a 450watt PS (I think, I’ll have to double check).
not sure if I’m better off just parting it out… or keeping it and buying a laptop. I don’t think I’d even get the combined price of the monitor and the case lol.
I guess shoot me an offer and/or let me know what kind of laptop you have and we;ll work something out.

Oh, and despite the processor being a few years old… this machine runs great. It runs bioshock @ 1280X960 with all settings set to high with no problems (runs oblivion great too). I also have a TON of games I could throw in with this too if you’d like (new splinter cell, R6: Vegas, Oblivion, BioShock, yada yada yada)

Willing to trade for a HP NC6230, its like the HPs version of the Thinkpad.

dvd drives… again, unsure… but I’d say 40.00 for both
HDD’s… can’t remember the exact models… but from looking around, they seem to be price right around 100.00 or so for that combined storage… give or take
PSU… shit… again, don’t know off the top of my head. I’d guess at 50.00 or so
looks to total up around 1150.00 or so… again, I don’t expect to get that much either. I’d also be willing to part it up if anyone is looking for specific parts

I _might_ decide to just part it but we’ll see
if I did, I’d be looking to sell the processor, motherboard, sound, memory, ect, ect.
I’d probably keep the monitor, case and speakers
