it might acually. the bracket/frame is steel with pre drilled holes im shure you can go to trader horn or lowes and get 2" pre drilled angle iron and make fine fittmets if you need to. its looks pretty universal.

final answer, yes it will fit, but may need modified a little. \<– bracket  
everything elese will fit 🙂
