Buy a set to use for your 3’er, Honda, riding mower, use as your lawn chair, or seats for gaming… Just help me get 'em out.

From my quick search, the holes don’t line up.
If you don’t want to drill into the floor, then you need to make a bar bracket with two sets of holes, one to mount the seat, the other set to bolt to the existing floor locations.
Couple of BMW guys on this site who actually know what they’re talking about (I’m not one of them!) But hopefully they’ll chime in here. I don’t think it’s that much work.
Do a search on “E36 seats into E30” on Google and I’m sure you’ll see a few hits. Let me know what you think.

e30/ e34 seats are interchangeable. to install them in an e30, you’d mount up the back two holes like normal, then drill the floor, and use a piece of plate steel, and two bolts facing upwards through the floor.
