Up for sale is a training vest (basically armor you wear) that weighs 20lbs and has pockets with interchangable weights. If you have a source for heavy metal/tiny weights that are more than 1lbs each you could essentially double it up… I would keep it if I knew where to get more of these weights. It utilizes tiny square weights in a multitude of tiny pockets It’s a quality piece that equally goes around front and back with a wrap that can hold tight. You can run with it, jump with it, do a variety of tasks. Reason for sale: 20lbs is very light for me and I stopped training with a weighted vest, I want to get the 87lbs firefighter/military training vest… now that shit is hardcore heavy 🙂 Asking price: **80$** Cost me close to 200$ when I bought it. It’s quite useful for cardio too, i worked myself up to run with it at like 5-6mph more like jog but then when you take it off you’re flying 😉 It’s good for weight loss for the big brothas here 😉 And of course overall body conditioning… I’ve mainly used it for weight/fat loss. I wouldn’t really want to ship it as its 20lbs… and size of a man’s chest kind of thing… i would rather have a pick up. I am not sure how much it would cost to ship. I am located in oakville. ---

It’s a universal size. It fit me when i was 290lbs and it fits me now that I am 175lbs 🙂 It has an adjustable sticky harness (i dunno what thats called) one on top one on bottom and it can be real tight. ---

well its not filthy lol… i always wore it with cloths underneath haha… its a bit dusty… but thats easy to wash off… and it doesnt have odors lol. I take care of my stuff… ---

You know what alot of you guys are pretty far away from me… and I’ve decided to keep it… plus for selling it at 80$ its not worth it imo… as i bought it close to 200 bux… I’m going to start using it to cut up a bit as i havent been doing any cardio in the last 2+ months or so… Sorry… i’ll keep it until i find and get a 40-100lbs one… ---
