Im sorry, I forgot to add that I also have a set of coilovers FS.

Zeal b6 suspension set up.  
Applications: 94-01 integras, and 92-95 civics.  
Spring rates: 12 kg/mm front, 8 kg/mm rear.  
Adjustable stroke, compression, rebound and height.  
(Less than 1200 miles, purchased from Boosted-Hybrid)
