I don’t remember to be honest, I am pretty sure it was from a 03~ you are more than welcome to come look at everything. there a some wiring and a sensor or two to go with it as well. ---

97 had a vacuum port on the side, 98-03 were all the same, 04+ where Gen V. $100 is a killer price for all of that. bump for a great deal. ---

it was taken off an 3800 to begin with i believe so there is no reason as to why you couldn’t use it on your impala. ---
