Yes they are for drifting, but they can be put on your car car for looks, and to give the front of the car more downforce.

Hey the car looks great, but you should try and lower the Canards a couple of inches.

those are not canards , canards are aerofoil shaped ailerons on fixed wing aircraft. Usualy used in conjunction with forward swept or elevatorless single lifting body element aircraft…
What you have there is a very primitive dive plate. and selling them higgeldy piggely without a clue as to how much DF they provide and a given speed and how it will upset your handeling balance is irresponsable and dangerous.
